Front Desk Guide - Part time
About the role
The Front Offices at SH Hotels & Resorts are at the heart of every hotel, and our front-of-house staff are some of the most important members of the team, because they are the first to meet our guests. They also have the first opportunity to provide them with impeccable service, and often to reflect a first glimpse of the brand’s best self.
Responsibilities
- Ensure every guest’s experience is relaxing and effortless—both at arrival and departure and throughout the stay.
- Meet and greet guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve guest issues and inquiries.
- Manage guest reservations and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Perform room cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
- Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
- Experience in guest or customer service.
- A team player, hard worker, multi-tasker, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
