Front Desk / Fitness Sales Consultant

Now interviewing for a part-time Front Desk Fitness Consultant at Workout Anytime LaFollette, a fast-growing fitness franchise dedicated to changing lives with passion.

Responsibilities

• Become a great ambassador and promoter of Workout Anytime, our brand, clubs, and services.
• Greet and check in members, making them feel welcome and valued.
• Answer phones courteously, helpfully, and professionally.
• Sell and set up new memberships and gain referrals from existing members.
• Conduct guest tours.
• Assist with daily club maintenance and other tasks assigned by management.
• Build relationships inside and outside the gym.
• Participate in or manage various marketing events.
• Learn and adhere to company processes and procedures.
• Follow up on incoming leads from the web, renewals, and other lead lists via phone and email.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Display a positive, upbeat, outgoing, and courteous personality.
• Experience in direct customer-facing positions, the fitness industry, or sales is desired.
• Ability to work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting.
• Flexible work schedule is preferred.
• Must be able to work either 9 AM–2:30 PM or 2:30 PM–8 PM during the week, as well as rotating weekend shifts: Fridays 9 AM–6 PM and Saturdays 9 AM–3 PM.
• Previous gym experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Hardworking, committed individuals who thrive in a team environment and want to build a career while changing lives.

Skills

Pay

$11.00 – $12.00 per hour
