About the role

At The Joint Chiropractic, we provide world-class service to every one of our patients and are seeking a driven and passionate Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to advance within the company and work in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent services to members and patients.
  • Greet members and patients upon arrival, checking them in to see the Chiropractor.
  • Answer phone calls and engage in re-engaging inactive members.
  • Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organize the workspace.
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages.
  • Keep management informed of member concerns and follow their policies, procedures, and directions.
  • Willing to learn and grow, accepting constructive criticism as a learning tool.
  • Office management or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and uphold our core values.

Requirements

  • Driven to climb the company ladder.
  • Possess a winning attitude.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate.
  • Have strong phone and computer skills.
  • Have at least one year of previous Sales Experience.
  • Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
  • Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
  • Share personal Chiropractic experience and stories.
  • Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
  • Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and patients.
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • One year of previous Sales Experience.
  • Strong phone and computer skills.
  • Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
  • Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds.

Benefits

  • Part-time schedule: Saturdays & Sundays 10 am - 4 pm, and one day a week.
  • $14 per hour + BONUS Potential.
