Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
  • Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
  • Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
  • Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
  • Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
  • Aid in clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
  • Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
  • Contribute to social media/marketing activities such as creating reels/videos, posting content to FB and IG, designing flyers, capturing patient testimonials, etc.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills
  • Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
  • Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Office management or marketing experience is a plus

  • Create reels/videos
  • Post content to FB and IG
  • Design flyers
  • Capture patient testimonials

Schedule

This role requires availability mainly on weekends (Friday and Saturday) with occasional travel between Crofton/Gambrills and Annapolis.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Starting salary: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience
