Front Desk Coordinator
About The Role
The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients of Adams' County Children and Youth agency and Juvenile Probation, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills daily to interact effectively with visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring clear and professional exchanges and is pivotal in managing front desk operations, including greeting guests, handling inquiries, and coordinating communication within the agency. By providing exceptional customer service and organizational support, the Front Desk Coordinator contributes significantly to the overall effectiveness and reputation of the business services team. This position requires a proactive individual who can multitask, communicate clearly, and maintain confidentiality in a dynamic office setting.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Clearances Required To Obtain Prior To Hire
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 33)
- Pennsylvania State Police Request for Criminal Records Check (Act 34)
- FBI Criminal Background Check (Act 73)
Starting Rate
$15.63
Benefits
This is a full time, 40 hours per week, benefit eligible position, including 13 paid holidays.
