About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Spring Creek Village, an Assisted Living senior community with Memory Care. Our ideal candidate is professional, friendly, and dedicated to providing a warm, welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, families, prospective residents, guests, and employees with a courteous, polite, and warm manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and all public spaces.
- Respond promptly to the needs of residents, families, vendors, and visitors, providing immediate and courteous assistance.
- Manage inquiries effectively for the sales and marketing team.
- Assist with guest and employee meal ticket sales, and other service requests.
- Operate the paging/telephone system, answer calls, determine their nature, and route them appropriately.
- Assist with maintenance orders, either on paper or through an electronic system.
- Monitor emergency calls, doors, and fire alarms, responding according to established policies and procedures.
- Affix daily resident check-ins per policy.
- Be an active member of the community’s emergency response team.
- Monitor and prevent suspicious behavior, vandalism, theft, and other criminal activities through effective surveillance and response.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Prior customer service, front desk, and telephone experience preferred.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel.
- Understanding of HIPAA requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and occasionally climb stairs, lifts, or ladders.
- Pass a background check.

$13.00/hr.
Schedule
Full Time: Monday - Friday | 9:00a.m. - 5:30p.m.
