Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide general information and assistance as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain building access and monitor security
- Manage packages and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Communicate effectively with management
- Handle resident requests, concerns, or issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to multitask and stay organized
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and professional in different situations
- Clean and professional appearance
Schedule
We are looking for candidates who can work approximately 15–20 hours per week. Shifts are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with coverage required seven days a week. Schedule will be shared between two team members. Weekend availability is required.

$16.00 per hour
