Front Desk Clerk
Job Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls.

About the Role
We have 1 OR rooms and 3 Procedure rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Gastroenterology. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.
Qualifications
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
