Responsibilities
- Aid guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
- Maintain high service and hospitality standards.
- Promptly address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Post guest charges, collect payments, and handle cash transactions.
- Manage guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism.
- Stay updated on hotel brand, travel programs, and special offers.
- Communicate guest feedback to relevant departments and management.
- Respond to calls, lobby visitors, and assist team members as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Show strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Show attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Be flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
