Front Desk Clerk

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Check guests in and out
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel and the surrounding area
  • Answer guest questions and resolve any issues
  • Process payments and handle refunds
  • Maintain the front desk area and keep it clean and organized
  • Assist other front desk staff members as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No experience needed but appreciated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
