Front Desk
About the role
The Front Desk is the first face people see when they enter the club. You will help create a great first impression, handle member requests, and promote services that help people reach their fitness goals.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in all members and guests
- Sell memberships, smoothies, supplements, and personal training
- Sell memberships, smoothies, supplements, and personal training
- Answer questions, resolve billing issues, and track front desk activity
- Keep the front desk area clean, stocked, and on-brand
- Support day-to-day operations and team communication
- Create a fun, professional, and helpful experience for everyone
Requirements
- Customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Comfortable with upselling and helping members
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service or front desk role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
