About the role

The role involves managing daily operations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth workflow in the front desk area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations including greeting customers, answering phones, and directing calls.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information or direct to appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure smooth workflow by coordinating tasks among staff and managing inventory.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
