Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations including greeting customers, answering phones, and directing calls.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information or direct to appropriate personnel.
- Ensure smooth workflow by coordinating tasks among staff and managing inventory.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
