Responsibilities

- Stay updated on hotel policies and special offers.
- Communicate guest feedback to relevant departments.
- Assist with calls, visitors, and team member needs.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel safety and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
