About the role
The Front Desk position at Altitude Trampoline Park is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in procedures
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the facility
- Ensuring guest safety and compliance with park rules
- Communicating effectively with staff and management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Passion for trampolining and working with children
