Saucon Valley Country Club, a premier private club located in the heart of the Lehigh Valley, is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at the historic Weyhill Guest House.

This beautiful and tranquil inn offers a unique guest experience on the grounds of one of America’s most prestigious country clubs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about club amenities and local attractions
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Handle any guest concerns with professionalism

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work weekends, and holidays
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Schedule

Overnight Shift 10:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
