What You'll Do
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest from the moment they walk through the door.
- Build relationships with clients and help them discover memberships and products that enhance their salon experience while saving them money.
- Answer client questions, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments and manage salon calendars efficiently.
- Support daily salon operations, including inventory management and administrative tasks.
- Help maintain a beautiful, clean, and inviting salon environment.
- Work closely with a talented team to deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Previous salon, spa, beauty, or customer-facing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Confidence in recommending services, memberships, and retail products.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-player mentality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent phone etiquette.
