Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations and step in as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates alike.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy, warmth, and charm.
- Support and train new front desk team members.
- Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
- Help manage daily tasks like event sheet distribution, business center support, and keeping the lobby guest-ready.
Requirements
- Customer service experience with strong people skills and patience.
- Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Tech savvy enough to use hotel systems confidently.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods.

Pay
