Named after a local shorebird, this charming getaway is an experience-driven, design-led boutique luxury retreat embodying the Southern summer home. The property offers 72 cottage-style guest rooms and suites designed by Amanda Lindroth, nestled on 2,000 picturesque acres with 20 miles of riverfront trails, marshlands, two Auberge dining concepts, and a destination spa.
About the role
Front Desk Agents orchestrate seamless arrivals and departures, anticipate needs before they’re spoken, and transform simple requests into memorable moments. With polished professionalism and heartfelt gestures, they ensure every guest’s stay feels like a perfectly curated escape.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service by managing check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations, concierge-level assistance, and prompt resolution of concerns to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and handle reservations using property management systems while ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy.
- Uphold luxury brand standards by presenting a polished, welcoming demeanor and ensuring every guest interaction reflects excellence and hospitality.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and management teams to ensure seamless communication, operational efficiency, and consistently high service quality.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in the same or similar role.
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail.
- Ability to interact in a polite, professional, and engaging manner.
Qualifications
Experience in a luxury environment is preferred.
