Front Desk Agent, Part Time

About the role

Working as a Front Desk Agent means you will provide exceptional service to all guests staying at Sawmill Creek. You'll contribute to an amazing guest experience by greeting every guest with a positive attitude and smile, assisting guests with check-in and check-out, collecting payments, selling tickets to Cedar Point and various other add-ons, and answering questions in person and over the phone. You will learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest information, including credit card information, in a secure and confidential manner
• Check guests into and out of the hotel, sell tickets, and answer guest questions
• Solve guest related concerns in a positive and professional manner
• Maintain open communication with other shifts and the Front Office Manager
• Provide guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and perform all duties in compliance with Six Flags Safety Guidelines
• Meet Six Flags attendance requirements
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as needed
• Charismatic attitude
• Ability to learn and use the hotel Property Management System (Opera)
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Schedule

Part-time, year-round. Must be age 18+. Requires availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
