About the role

We are looking for an upbeat Front Desk Agent to manage all aspects of front desk operations and serve as a key point of reference for our guests and vendors. This role requires professionalism, courtesy, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Part-time, 3pm–11pm (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday). Flexible scheduling availability may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests
  • Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
  • Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
  • Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team

Requirements

  • Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
  • Effective in handling workplace problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues
  • Ability to work well in stressful situations
  • Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
