Front Desk Agent On The River Inn

About the role

This position requires availability for PM shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), with occasional AM shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
• Check guests in and out, ensuring: Accurate billing and payment processing, Special requests are properly noted and fulfilled, Guest information is recorded correctly
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest emails
• Make and confirm reservations
• Answer and assist with incoming phone calls

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
• Comfortable using computers, including email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management systems
• Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not required
