Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a professional and hospitable manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
  • Skillfully assign rooms based on room location, rates, preferences, and Marriott Reward Member status to ensure an optimal guest experience.
  • Ensure smooth and accurate check-in and check-out procedures, providing efficient and friendly service.
  • Respond knowledgeably to guest questions about hotel services, local attractions, events, and entertainment options, offering helpful recommendations.
  • Handle future and same-day reservations, accommodating walk-ins with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Process payments and manage charges accurately, handling all cash transactions with integrity.
  • Assist guests with using safety deposit boxes, ensuring the confidentiality and security of their belongings.
  • Complete all Front Desk reports accurately and maintain proper documentation.
  • Address guest concerns promptly, resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
