Front Desk Agent | Dayton AC Hotel
Responsibilities
- Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
- Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
- Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
- Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
- Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently;
- process all payments according to established hotel requirements;
- Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.
Qualifications
- A high school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Satisfactory communication skills with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
About the Role
The AC Hotel Dayton is located in the Water St. District of Dayton, OH. This 134-room hotel will have amazing views of the Dayton Dragons baseball stadium from not only its rooftop bar/restaurant, but also our guestrooms.
