Front Desk Agent

The role This entry-level position serves as a primary point of contact for guests, handling arrivals, departures, questions, requests, and routine front-office needs. Work setting: This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position. What You’ll Handle Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures Answer questions about property services, amenities, schedules, and the surrounding area Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments Maintain accurate guest records, payments, keys, and front-desk communications Candidate profile: A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires. Skills: entry-level,customer service,customer
