Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities during check-in
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify credit cards on file or collect upon arrival
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• A natural ability to brighten a room and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• An innate compassion to connect on a deeper level and cultivate unique, personalized experiences for patrons
• Able to stand for extended periods at a time
