About the role
Snowmass Mountain Lodging, located in Snowmass Village, CO, is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy working as part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!
Job Location: Snowmass Mountain Lodging, Snowmass Village, CO
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and owners, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and concierge support.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and pre-arrival communication for a seamless stay.
- Address maintenance and housekeeping requests, conduct property inspections several times a day.
- Sort and deliver packages, and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area.
- Assist with arrival/departure inspections and other duties as needed.
- Assist with package/luggage delivery with packages up to 100lbs.
Requirements
- Guest Services experience not required but recommended.
- Ability to display good hospitality skills and sets a positive example for guest relations.
- Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel.
- Focus on what truly predicts success.

$25.00 Hourly
Schedule
Flexible Schedule, some nights, weekends, and holidays required.
