Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Maintain an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the manager to notify when supplies are low to ensure all items are on hand.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Requirements

• Guest service experience (1 year).
• Sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Salon experience preferred.
• High school education or equivalent.

Pay

$22/hour + commissions on membership and product sales.

Schedule

Part-time.
