Frisco 01 (Legacy Dr / Main St) eStores - Curbie - Part time

Responsibilities

As an eStore Curbie, you will retrieve eCommerce online orders from their put away locations and transport them to the Customer.

• Uses a digital tool to retrieve and review customer orders
• Communicates order changes / adjustments to customer
• Makes necessary adjustments to orders based on Customer requests
• Audits orders for bagging, quality, completion, and note following
• Packages / transports/ loads groceries / merchandise from holding areas to customer’s vehicle
• Minimizes shrink through careful handling of product
• Achieves productivity standards

The responsibilities also include maintaining the eStore environment, which involves:

• Gathering baskets and picking up trash inside and outside eStore, as needed
• Maintaining / stocking bag areas
• Returning product to shelf
• Transferring products from slot to slot to help free up carts
• Organizing carts / maintaining cleanliness within the eStore
• Maintaining standards for safety and sanitation

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Age Requirement: 16+
• Customer service skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Completion of all required training - upon hire (e.g., Alcohol Seller's Training)

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Perform in a fast-paced work environment which requires detailed work and precision, working with customers and staying attentive to their needs, and working a flexible schedule based on business needs.

The physical demands of the job include:

• Constantly walking, reaching at waist, grasping
• Occasionally sitting, standing, reaching overhead, reaching at shoulders, reaching at knees, reaching at floor, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, climbing stairs, pivoting, pushing / pulling with arms, twisting, pinching, performing fine motor movements
• Demonstrating the ability to lift 55 lbs, and manage in excess of 55 lbs
• Using a manual pallet jack multiple times per day

It is the responsibility of each individual Partner to never lift beyond their own safe lifting limit, and to ask for assistance if an item is too heavy to lift, push or pull, and / or carry.
