Responsibilities

• Care for one child at a time
• Develop real connections with children and families
• See progress firsthand in patient care
• Become part of a supportive team
• Offer specialized care including ventilator, trach, and g-tube support

Requirements

• RN or LPN license
• Experience in pediatric home health care is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about making a difference in children's lives
