Responsibilities
- Plan and coach daily practices focused on skill development and fundamentals
- Coach and supervise athletes during matches, practices, and team events
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive team culture
- Align with the varsity program's philosophy and expectations
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and coaching staff
- Support student-athlete academic success and eligibility
Qualifications
- Previous volleyball coaching or playing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of fundamentals and player development
- Ability to build relationships with high school athletes
- Willingness to complete all IHSA and district coaching requirements
Evaluation
Performance will be evaluated by the head varsity coach based on program development, organization, communication, sportsmanship and alignment with program values.

$1829.96 (plus pay for years of experience)
