Responsibilities

• Facilitate small group sessions focused on team building
• Support social-emotional learning activities
• Navigate the school building with students
• Develop an understanding of school culture and expectations
• Engage students in interactive activities
• Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment
• Serve as positive role models and mentors

Requirements

• Genuine interest in working with adolescents
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with students in a supportive, respectful, and encouraging manner

Qualifications

• No teacher certification required
