Fresh 48 Photographer and Sales Consultant

Part-time and full-time positions available for an on-site in-hospital role in Tyler, TX. Earn commission sales with estimated earnings of $500–$1,000 twice monthly for part-time, plus additional tips and bonuses based on performance and seniority. Full-time pay is higher to account for extra days worked.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead several same-day 15-minute photo sessions while safely posing and handling newborns
• Minimally edit photos on-site using Adobe Lightroom
• Show photo packages to families and complete in-person sales

Requirements

• DSLR or Mirrorless Camera with 18 MP or higher (no phone cameras)
• Laptop with at least 513 GB storage and 16 GB memory
• Adobe Lightroom Classic
• Willingness to update vaccination records if existing records cannot be provided (assistance with scheduling through preferred clinics is available if needed)
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 20 lbs of equipment

Schedule

• Start time: 9 AM
• End time: Plan for 6 PM; however, your day may vary based on the daily number of births
• Part-time: 2–3 days per week, including at least one weekday and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Full-time: 4–5 days (30+ hours, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend)
• Monthly schedules are posted 6 weeks in advance
• Babies are born every day of the year; some holidays are required
• Hours and days may vary based on business needs

Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screen.
