Freight Handler / Warehouse Associate / Unloader

About the role

Humano is seeking Freight Handlers/Unloaders for their warehouse site in Torrance, CA. This full-time, 1st-shift position involves unloading retail items and ensuring efficient handling of products, including unloading and palletizing shipped boxes.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, full-time (5 days per week)
• Start time: 5:00 AM

Pay

• Pay rate based on productivity, with a guaranteed minimum of $17/hour
• Average associate earns $18.80/hour
• Daily pay available
• $200 employee referral bonus

Responsibilities

• Unload retail items from containers and trucks
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Follow specific instructions for handling and storing products
• Meet productivity targets to maximize earnings

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience in unloading, receiving, loading, forklift operation, and other warehouse duties
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols
• Good physical condition to handle manual labor tasks
• Must live locally in the Torrance, CA area
