Responsibilities

• Track and trace shipments
• Arrange payment to vendors, carriers, airlines, etc.
• Handle customs formalities
• Arrange pick-up and delivery to the final consignee
• Maintain communication with customers and build strong relationships between agents, overseas partners, customers, and vendors
• Process quote requests

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in air and ocean import general processes
• General understanding of bonded procedures, 7512, ISF, warehouse entry, and consumption entry
• Works well in a group/team setting
• Can work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
