Freight Flow Associate

About the Role

This position involves operating forklifts and pallet jacks to safely handle merchandise, organizing inventory, and ensuring safety standards are met. The role emphasizes adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and promoting a positive, inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and report any issues.
• Receive, organize, and manage inventory flow.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed, and rotated properly.
• Assist members with technology and resolve issues.
• Support club pick-up order accuracy and staging.
• Identify shrinkage opportunities and improve inventory practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 90 days forklift certification and ability to operate pallet jacks safely.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Retail experience.
• Team supervision experience.
