Freight Flow Associate

About the role

This position involves operating forklifts safely, managing inventory flow, and organizing merchandise within a facility. The role emphasizes providing excellent member service by helping customers with technology and resolving concerns while maintaining safety standards and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and safely use pallet jacks
• Stock and merchandise products within the facility
• Complete work assignments and assist with club pick-up orders
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure store presentation standards
• Track inventory and identify shrinkage issues
• Proactively engage with customers to resolve concerns
• Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful, ethical work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 90 days of forklift certification
• Ability to safely use pallet jacks
• At least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Retail experience
• Team supervision skills
