Freezer Inventory Control Quality Assurance Auditor

Position Overview

The Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Auditor helps this cause by validating product to be delivered to customers as part of process to measure outbound selection accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with research and resolution of errors
• Unloading pallets by operating electronic pallet jack or identifying sample pallet not yet loaded
• Completing quality checks related to pallet construction (is product wrapped well, stacked well, up the right way, etc)
• Manually moving cases of product in/out warehouse racks
• Inspecting condition of trailers when necessary
• Providing information to ICQA lead who enters information into iPad
• Validating physical product matches orders using handheld scanner
• Reloading product on pallet onto trailer/return to warehouse team when physical count ties to order value and/or approved by ICQA lead
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse
• Correcting errors that ICQA lead determines necessary based on customer contract
• Performing other duties as assigned

Frequent lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
