Position Summary

Join the Founding Team at Sam's Club Lathrop! As a Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker Associate, you'll help bring fresh favorites to life for every member. Your work ensures high-quality products are available and maintains a clean, sanitized environment.

What You'll Do

• Stock, rotate, and zone products in freezer, cooler, and deli areas following Cold Chain procedures
• Maintain temperature control, expiration dates, and product quality; dispose of lower-quality items
• Handle claims and returns; sign and price merchandise; complete required audits, logs, and paperwork
• Safeguard fragile and high-shrink merchandise and maintain clean, sanitized, member-ready displays
• Clean freezer, cooler, and deli areas (windows, mirrors, display cases) and monitor fans, drains, and doors
• Aid members with deli orders and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures and hazardous material handling guidelines
• Operate, repair, and sanitize equipment safely; report unsafe conditions and equipment issues to management
