Freezer and Dairy Clerk Part Time

About the role

The Dairy & Freezer Clerk is responsible for maintaining the dairy and freezer sections by ensuring proper stocking, rotation, and product integrity. This role supports merchandising, inventory management, and compliance with food safety standards while delivering excellent service to Members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure planogram integrity in dairy and freezer
• Maintain cold chain and in-stock accuracy
• Execute proper product rotation
• Conduct quality and date checks
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
• Support product availability
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dairy, freezer, grocery, or retail operations preferred
• Basic knowledge of cold chain management, food safety standards, and product handling requirements
• Strong attention to detail with organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email) preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age

At BJ’s Wholesale Club, the pay range for this position is $17.50 - $21.44

Schedule

Hours will range between 8am-2pm 3 to 4 days and will include weekends up to 20 hours
