Overview

Editage, the flagship brand of CACTUS, is recruiting Freelance Transcribers for general transcription work. They are currently welcoming transcribers to join their platform and complete flexible, task-based work remotely. Languages they are hiring for include Arabic (Saudi Arabia and UAE), Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), Czech, Danish, Finnish, Hungarian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Portugal), Romanian, Russian, Spanish (US and Central America), and Turkish.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Transcribe audio/video files with high accuracy
• Follow transcription guidelines (verbatim/clean verbatim, timestamps, speaker labels)
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Meet agreed deadlines

Qualifications and Prerequisites

• Prior professional transcription experience is mandatory
• Excellent listening and language skills
• Familiarity with transcription tools/software
• Ability to handle common audio/video formats
• Reliable internet, computer, and headphones
