Freelance Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Senior Project Manager focused on digital and print to support our fast-paced onsite creative agency. As a member of the client-facing Project Management team, you will be on the front line representing our team with the client. Your role will be pivotal to the smooth running of the business by managing the team and client expectations on a daily basis.

We are looking for a leader who has digital production experience, is great at building relationships, is a true team player, and has experience running large projects from start to finish. As a member of the hybrid on-site team, you must be confident in daily communication with clients, cool under pressure, and flexible.

This is a temporary freelance opportunity expected to run for approximately 4 months, with the potential to extend based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team and client expectations on a daily basis
• Lead large projects from start to finish
• Liaise with clients and internal teams at all levels
• Manage project expectations and needs in client meetings
• Partner with Client Services and other Project Managers
• Handle high-volume accounts and rollouts
• Allocate team resources effectively
• Work in project management software

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management or campaign-leading experience
• Strong working knowledge of digital production assets and pipeline
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing expectations
• Comfortable speaking in client meetings
• Experience with team resource allocation

Pay

The hourly pay range for this freelance role is $55/hour. Individual compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.
