About the Role
As a Freelance Sales Strategy Consultant, you will play a key role in defining and evaluating sales workflows, creating assessments, and providing guidance on data curation and annotation.
Responsibilities
- Sales Workflows: Define key sales processes like lead qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, negotiation, and customer growth.
- AI Evaluations: Create realistic sales scenarios to test AI performance using CRM data, sales metrics, and customer needs.
- Capability Testing: Assess AI skills in forecasting, lead prioritization, pricing, segmentation, territory planning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Data Curation: Organize high-quality sales data such as CRM records, pipeline reports, customer interactions, sales playbooks, and market research.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Enterprise & B2B Sales: Complex sales cycles, strategic accounts, and solution selling
- Sales Leadership: Team leadership, coaching, quota management, and revenue growth
- Revenue Operations: CRM, pipeline analytics, forecasting, and sales optimization
- Account Management: Retention, renewals, account growth, and client relationships
- GTM Strategy: Market entry, product launches, pricing, channels, and partnerships
- Sales Enablement: Sales playbooks, training, methodologies, and performance metrics
Required Skills
- Analytical Skills: Ability to turn complex sales processes into clear, measurable workflows.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills across technical and non-sales audiences.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with AI, CRM platforms, sales analytics, or technical teams is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to create accurate and realistic AI evaluation criteria.

Pay range and compensation package
Location: Remote (You must be based in the United States) Except California
Payout Structure: Competitive task-based compensation based on project complexity and expertise
