Freelance Project Manager - Remote

End-to-End Project Ownership

• Independently manage the full lifecycle of mid-sized projects, including content retainers, integrated campaigns, and platform-specific deliverables
• Translate client briefs into razor-sharp scopes, realistic timelines, clear deliverables, and solid resource plans
• Set up and manage projects inside Productive with accurate tracking of progress and budgets
• Maintain and own all project trackers and documentation across every phase of delivery
• Independently define the overall delivery strategy and project approach for your assigned mid-sized projects

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary delivery contact for assigned clients and projects
• Run internal WIPs, client check-ins, and ongoing project status updates
• Communicate with clarity and confidence, tailoring your style perfectly to your audience
• Proactively escalate risks, blockers, or out-of-scope requests to the Senior PM when needed

Budget & Commercial Management

• Scope out mid-sized projects and collaborate with Senior PMs for final reviews
• Track project budgets and timelines proactively, adjusting plans seamlessly where necessary
• Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities for project efficiency or account growth
• Partner with the Account Director and Senior PM on forecasting, monitoring budgets, and supporting accurate post-delivery reconciliation

Team Collaboration & Resource Planning

• Cook up close across Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to ensure total alignment on delivery
• Plan and book both internal and freelance resources in lockstep with the Resource Manager
• Lead vital project rituals including kickoffs, daily check-ins, and retrospectives
• Foster a solutions-focused, highly accountable, and collaborative team environment

Process Adherence & Improvement

• Ensure internal SOPs, templates, and strict naming conventions are strictly followed
• Maintain absolute project clarity across all shared drives and tracking tools
• Share active feedback to help improve our delivery processes, toolkits, and team alignment
