Freelance Production Designer (Pharma)

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Creative Directors to execute production-ready creative assets across multiple channels
  • Build, resize, version, and adapt existing creative for print, digital, social, presentations, email, and other marketing deliverables
  • Prepare accurate, press-ready and digital-ready files that meet technical specifications and production requirements
  • Implement revisions efficiently while maintaining design integrity, brand consistency, and attention to detail
  • Create layouts, image retouching, graphic production, iconography, and other supporting visual assets as needed
  • Design and format PowerPoint presentations that align with brand guidelines, including creating templates, graphics, charts, and diagrams
  • Ensure all files are organized, production-ready, and adhere to agency standards and client specifications
  • Collaborate with creative, account, and project management teams to deliver high-quality work within established timelines
  • Maintain consistency across all deliverables while supporting multiple brands and clients simultaneously
  • Leverage AI-powered creative and productivity tools to improve workflow efficiency while ensuring all deliverables meet CG Life's quality and brand standards
  • Stay current on production techniques, software updates, and industry best practices
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through on all assigned projects

Qualifications And Skills

  • 3–5 years of production design experience in advertising, marketing, B2B marketing, or a healthcare/pharmaceutical agency
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
  • Strong PowerPoint production skills, including building templates, formatting presentations, and creating charts and graphics
  • Experience producing assets across multiple channels, including print, digital, social media, email, presentations, and video support materials
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and production best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines and quality standards
  • Familiarity with Figma and Adobe XD is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within a fast-paced agency environment
