Freelance Product Designer - Flex Bench/Ad-Hoc support
Position Overview
We are seeking a Project-based, freelance Product Designer to support active product design capacity gaps across the client's digital product initiatives through the end of the year. This role may be embedded with an existing team or assigned a defined workstream, based on experience level and available hours. The ideal candidate has some experience working in Financial Services or other highly regulated environments. This contract begins as ongoing, project-based support with no guaranteed hours; hours will vary with budget and project demand, and work is not guaranteed. In 2027, the client intends to transition this to a 35–40-hour-per-week contract that could eventually convert to full-time direct hire. The client will provide equipment for system access.
