Join us at The Oregon Clinic as a 20-24 hours per week Freelance Marketing Manager (Temporary & Non-Benefited) to support the Gastroenterology department, with a primary focus on increasing colorectal cancer screening volume.
Responsibilities
- Identify data-driven opportunities to improve patient acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Execute integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, content, and community channels.
- Develop and guide campaign messaging, positioning, and creative direction including sourcing, vetting, and managing vendors for video, animation, and creative production.
- Oversee production from concept through final delivery, ensuring quality and alignment.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage influencers and community partners.
- Work with outside vendor to align creative, targeting, and budget across paid, social, and emerging channels.
- Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Track and manage campaign budgets, including vendors and production costs.
- Define KPIs for campaigns and initiatives; monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on results.
- Ensure all partnerships and creative align with brand standards and healthcare compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum of six (6) years of marketing work experience, is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing creative production (video, animation, digital content).
- Strong vendor and project management skills.
- Experience with influencers, partnerships, or community-based marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in all work.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask.
- Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with peers, physicians, and other team members.
- A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.
