  • Responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store.
  • Representing the Charlotte Tilbury 5 P’s Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive and Potential.
  • Working as part of an elite team, driving business in store through exceptional makeup artistry and service.
  • Reflecting the brand values and customer base.
  • Achieving sales targets through the creation of an amazing experience with exemplary service.
  • Exuding passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury to the customer, delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy and a unique personalized shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Strive to achieve and exceed personal sales goals including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - examples: Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT).
  • Create Brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of product knowledge.
  • Seat customers for a makeup service.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within the parameters of the Company guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve and exceed team and counter goals.
  • Introduce new product launches.
  • Promote the Tilbury Touch to customers.
  • Lead by example at all times to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
  • Deal with customer queries through sound judgment and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience, such as makeup applications, Charlottetilbury.com, and using the store’s clientele database to build relationships for customer retention.
  • Always in line with Company guidelines.
  • Follow up extensively with clients to establish a productive, sales-producing client base.
  • Team Work:
    • Assist in the execution of events meeting both booking and sales goals.
    • Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues.
    • Contribute to individual and team development plans through constructive feedback.
    • Maintain high standards of timekeeping on counter to ensure team efficiency.
    • Assist and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity at all times.
    • Recognize and celebrate great performance.

Operations

  • Ensure the counter is 'customer ready' from open to close of business.
  • Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards, cleaning display units, tools, and testers throughout the day.
  • Assist with maintaining required inventory levels, including stock counts, rotation, timely replenishment to ensure availability to customers.
  • Adhere to the Company cash loss prevention procedures and security policies.
  • Implement visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement as directed by the management team.
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Raise operational issues for resolution in a timely manner.

Store and Retail Partner Relationships

  • Establish and develop a cooperative and mutually respectful relationship with store retail colleagues.
  • Maintain store standards and policies at all times.
  • Proactively suggest win-win opportunities to drive sales within store colleagues.
  • Contribute to individual and team development plans through constructive feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of timekeeping on counter to ensure team efficiency.
  • Assist and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity at all times.
