About the role

LTC is an interpreting agency seeking contract interpreters in and around Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Accept appointments on an as needed basis
• Provide virtual & on-site, in-person interpretation
• Be a liaison using the client’s preferred language
• Accurately interpret appropriate to the setting and audience
• Comply with all state, local, and federal laws and regulations regarding privacy and confidentiality of medical information, including HIPAA

Requirements

• Interpreting certifications, preferred
• Minimum of 2 years medical interpreting experience preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of interpreting experience required
• Ability to keep accurate records
