About the role

Food is more than what’s on the plate – it’s a constantly evolving story shaped by trends, culture, and breaking moments. At Daily Meal, we’re looking for writers who can capture that in real time. We’re seeking writers who can move beyond the surface – those who can spot emerging food trends, cover industry shifts, and deliver timely, engaging reporting that keeps readers informed. From product launches and viral food moments to culinary traditions and industry movements, your work will help readers stay ahead of what’s happening in the food world. If you’re passionate about fast-paced storytelling and have a sharp eye for what’s noteworthy, we invite you to bring your voice to our table.
