What you'll work on
- Apply hands-on finance modeling and markets expertise — valuation, M&A, LBO, credit, FP&A, or quantitative analysis — to create and evaluate complex AI prompts and responses.
- Conceptualize and draft prompts backed by primary source documents (10-Ks, 10-Qs, earnings releases, credit/merger agreements, loan tapes, CSVs), then review AI outputs for quality and accuracy.
- Identify gaps, ambiguities, and edge cases in model reasoning across valuation, deal analysis, debt/LBO schedules, diluted share-count calculations, credit and covenant analysis, and quantitative/Python scenarios.
- Closely follow guidelines and quality-check your own work for errors.
- Work closely with program managers to align on quality standards and desired data content.
- Ensure outputs are logically sound, well-structured, and aligned with expert-level expectations.

Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on, demonstrated finance experience in investment banking, private equity, equity/credit research, corporate development, financial modeling, capital markets, or quantitative finance — with a track record of building models and deriving figures from primary source documents, not solely reporting, reconciliation, or accounting work.
- Valid CFA or FRM, CA, or CPD.
- Demonstrated ability to read primary source documents (10-Ks, 10-Qs, credit/merger agreements) and perform multi-step calculations from them.
- Comfortable working independently on detail-oriented tasks to a documented methodology.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills.
- Prior experience with GenAI/LLM evaluation — prompt engineering, rubric or golden-answer authoring, annotation, RLHF, red-teaming, or model QA — is a strong differentiator.
